When you think of yoga, plus size people aren't first to mind. I hope to show people how yoga can be done at any size.

Falling In Love With Yoga

Completing this 200 hour yoga teacher training program has been transformational. I'm so grateful for my amazing teachers and fellow students. This was one of the most challenging yet rewarding things I've ever done. My goal is to share my passion for yoga and show that it can be done at any size.
