In this yoga class, we focus on calming the mind, learning to be present and aware of things surrounding and inside of us and enabling our bodies to function at their greatest capacity. We incorporate breathing techniques and guided meditations throughout and after the asana (posture) practice. All people are welcome to come, no matter how experienced in yoga. Classes are generally a mix of both flow-style and static postures.
